CLASS & HOUSE RULES

Participant waivers are required

A liability waiver is required for all classes, workshops, and party participants.

18+ to participate

We welcome students 18 years old and above to attend classes at Eleventh House.

No transfers or refunds

Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and not shareable. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

5-minute late arrival grace period

We allow a 5-minute grace period after class start time to arrive.

Students who arrive after the grace period will not be permitted to join the class. It will be considered an absence and will follow our late cancellation policy. Please make an effort to be on time!

After three late arrivals, you will no longer be granted entry into class when arriving late.

Up to 12 hour no penalty cancellations

Class cancellations made before 12 hours of the class are considered early cancellations, and the class pass/credit remains available on the student’s account. Unlimited members are not penalized for cancelling up to 6 hours before class.

Late Cancellations & No Shows

Class cancellations within 12 hours of class time are considered late cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows are deducted from the student’s class pack account.

Unlimited members pay a $15 penalty for late cancellations within 12 hours of class time and $20 for no show.

The Why: We love and respect our talented instructors, when you do not show up, we pay them regardless.

Health & Sanitation

If you use any studio owned equipment (mats, blocks, etc) you must wipe them down with studio provided cleaner.

Wipe down your pole with the mat cleaner directly after class has ended.

If you are coughing, sneezing, or don't feel good, please skip classes and do not enter the studio. If you are sick and need a medical freeze on your account, please let us know by emailing more@eleventhhouselv.com or call us at 702-485-2761.

Avoid strong scents

Please avoid excessive use of perfume/cologne when coming to Eleventh House.

Open Studio Sessions

Open Studio Sessions are meant for students who have attended at least one Level 1 class at Eleventh House or have existing pole dance or aerial experience.

Photography & Video

We have 2 rules when it comes to photography & videos.

  1. During an S Factor Journey class -  NEVER.

  2. In all other classes we want you to be present and engaged with your instructor and fellow students when you are in class. Although we do not encourage video recordings or pictures during class, you may discuss with your instructor who will give you time to record or take photos and ask other students if they are comfortable.

CONSENT CONSENT CONSENT: Please be courteous and ensure that you are only filming yourself or that you have the consent of any other individual in your video — including your instructor. 

Please do not post videos to any online platform that contains other people without their prior knowledge and consent.

Membership Terms & Perks

Memberships for Las Vegas residents help foster long-term, local community growth. Individuals misusing membership terms are subject to immediate membership cancellation with no refunds.

Membership passes are non-transferable (passes cannot be shared) and non-refundable.

Class Packs

Class Packs do not rollover. These passes are discounted because they must be used within the month.

Unlimited Memberships

Please review our late cancellations and no-show policies above; unlimited members will automatically be charged these fees to their card on file.

Membership Renewal

Memberships auto-renew monthly on your date of purchase unless canceled; one month cancellation notice required at the end of the contracted time.

Membership Cancellations

Early cancellations of contract are responsible for 50% of remaining contract regardless of time left.

Membership Hold

You may temporarily suspend your membership for up to 3 months for a $25 hold fee.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Booking a Private & Semi-Private

Private and Semi-Private lessons are paid and reserved directly with your instructor.

If you have a specific instructor that you want to take a private lesson with, we recommend connecting with them ahead of time to coordinate schedules.

When a time is decided on, your instructor will book a private directly with Eleventh House.
